1. WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
The estimated time it takes for us to process and prepare your order to be shipped is 1-3 business days (not including holidays and weekends). This time is in addition to your shipping time.
2. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We have recently changed our shipping method. All cards are shipped with tracking via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. The exact shipping time will be dependent on your specific order and can be viewed using the shipping carriers website.
Once orders are handed over to the shipping carrier they are unfortunately out of our hands. If you have any inquiries it is best to reach out to them directly.
HOLIDAY REMINDER: Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and it is therefore recommended that cards be ordered far in advance of the date in which they are intended to be used.
IMPORTANT NOTES: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please reach out if you have any problems with your order.
