OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States of America. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of kenziecards (“Sponsors”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to kenziecards and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this Contest and its promotion. kenziecards has the right to disqualify any entry that they determine to be inappropriate or ineligible for the contest.
DEADLINE
Entry window closes at 11:59AM on July 24th, 2021. Limited to one submission per participant.
PRIZES
One hand-drawn, 8 inch x 10 inch, wall print of your pet.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified on July 25th, 2021.
TERMS
Each entrant agrees and grants kenziecards permission to make available and display/perform and otherwise distribute winners’ names in all media in perpetuity without compensation. Except where legally prohibited, submission of an entry into this Contest constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the entrants’ names, photograph submitted, likeness, address (city and province), and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media, or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this Contest or any other marketing/ advertising or promotion for kenziecards, without further compensation in connection with this Contest or the prize awarded.
By participating in this Contest, all participants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and all participants agree that the official Sweepstakes rules are final. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Contest at any time if it determines that an event has occurred which compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest. All decisions of the Sponsors are final.
CONTEST MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, distribution, production or other errors which may occur in the course of the conduct of the Contest including, without limitation, any typographical, printing or other errors on any other materials relating to the Contest, and the Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or losses which may occur in respect to the Prize selection. The Sponsor may rescind, cancel, amend or revoke the Contest, without liability, and in its sole discretion for any reason whatever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, in whole or part and without notice, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that fraud or technical or other failures have threatened or destroyed the integrity of the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in this Contest constitutes an agreement by each participant to comply with these Official Rules.
DISQUALIFICATION
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Voter if it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any website property or service. CAUTION: Any attempt by an Eligible Voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of Criminal or Civil laws.
